El golpe de Raúl contra la cámara de TVE
En una acción de juego en el partido entre Real Madrid y TAU Cerámica de este sábado día 2 de febrero, Raúl López cae y resbala al parqué, dándose de lleno contra el trípode de una de las cámaras situadas junto a la canasta de TVE. ¿De qué sirve acolchar el soporte de la canasta si junto a ella se coloca un trípode y una cámara de 20 kgs. estando ésta al descubierto? ¿Debe lesionarse de gravedad un jugador para que la ACB tome conciencia de que no se puede colocar un trípode a dos metros de la zona de juego?
Tanto que en Europa copiamos a la NBA, es urgente que en la ACB y en la Euroliga se elimine, para empezar, esas cámaras de TV con trípode, que además del peligro que suponen, por el ángulo y el propio baloncesto hacen poco práctico su uso por lo lento de sus movimientos en comparación a las de un operador ‘cámara en hombro’, y para terminar se habilite un pasillo entre ese operador de televisión junto al soporte de la canasta y el resto de elementos que junto a la línea de fondo se sitúen (en nuestro caso, publicidad de toda clase y dureza), donde nadie ni nada pueda estar y por el que un jugador que salga malparado de alguna acción pueda, en el peor de los casos, encontrarse solamente con el parqué, y no con tres patas con tres barras de acero cada una como las que ha conocido el base del Madrid; y gracias a que las ruedas de la misma han amortiguado el golpe; y gracias a que TVE ya no usa las cámaras con telefoco típicas de los platós de TV, que llegan a pesar hasta 60 kgs.
Muy posiblemente, usar cámaras con trípode por parte de TVE parte más de los sindicatos del ente televisivo, que no permitirán que un operador cargue con 7 u 8 kilos de peso en uno de sus hombros durante más de cierto tiempo. Puede ser esta la razón por la que los jugadores de baloncesto pueden verse seriamente lesionados -ojalá no pase nunca- por una mala caída en el sitio exacto. Todo por no pagar la baja por un dolor de columna vertebral de un funcionario. Para eso, mejor que no sitúen cámaras al lado de la canasta.

Meda que lo de usar trípode tiene algún uso más que evitar un dolor de espalda… Pero bueno, si a ti te apetece ver un partido de balncento al estilo “Blair Witch Project”…
Que haya que forrar los trípodes vale, puede ser una idea interesante, pero me parece que se te ha ido la mano en lo que dices.

te has pasado tres pueblos…¿que pasa, que la lesión de espalda de un trabajador ,es menos importante que la de un jugador de élite? en todo caso será el campo el que no está acondicionado para instalar las cámaras o no le preocupa lo más mínimo las medídas de seguridad..porque para cobrar las retransmisiones ,si que todos andan diligentes

No se trata ni de ser del Madrid ni de ver un partido de baloncesto al estilo BWP, se trata de que, con lo que se usan esas cámaras (que no es mucho) es una burrada lo de colocar ese mamotreto ahí. Evidentemente la lesión de espalda de un trabajador es igual de respetable y poco deseable que la lesión de un jugador de baloncesto, pero lo que está claro es que colocar eso ahí va a traer un disgusto un día de estos.
Ahora mismo estoy viendo el PW Murcia - CB Granada y no hay ese tipo de cámaras ni junto a la canasta ni en el centro, y de Blair Witch Project poco…

En el fondo te doy la razón, pero no en las formas. El usar trípode no viene dado ni por que sean funcionarios, cobren una pasta, tengan los huesos de cristal o tengan un convenio colectivo que evite cámaras al hombro en el ente público.
Si se usa trípode es porque se desea un plano lo más estático posible.
Pero bueno, si hablamos de peligros, no sé, la publicidad de led’s también hace un daño curioso al golpearte la cabeza contra ella, por poner un ejemplo.

Ni TVE es un ente televisivo, ni los operadores de cámara son funcionarios. Y como alguien ha dicho ya, la lesión de un operador de cámara no es menos importante que la de un jugador.

Ayer en el partido del Dkv Joventut contra el Bilbao, Rudy Fernandez se dio en el hombro en la caida con otro tripode como ese con el que se chocó Raül…realmente no es problema del Palacio Vistalegre porque en todos estan demasiado cerca de la cancha, pero es cierto que cuando el jugador se levantó del suelo se tocaba bastante el hombro con gesto de dolor,y no entiendo como sabiendo que no es algo puntual sino que puede pasar facilmente no se hace nada por remediarlo

Amigo, no es cosa de los sindicatos. Los motivos son básicamente dos:
Primero, la imagen es mucho más estable si se toma desde un trípode. Si se hace a hombro será más o menos horrible y el espectador acabaría vomitando del mareo.
Segundo, las lesiones de espalda son totamente habituales (por desgracia) en los operadores de cámara. Sería de auténtico héroe grabar un partido de lo que sea totamente a hombro por el gran peso de la cámara.
Es como decirle a un arquitecto que en lugar de utilizar una regla o un programa de pc utilice un lápiz a mano alzada porque es más rápido. Otra cosa es el espacio habilitado para los medios gráficos, a solucionar por la organización, pero no por el trabajador.
