How do I do a back bend kick-over?
I’ve been struggling in gymnastics when it comes to the back bend kickover. I cant do it at all for some reason my legs wont kick up when I dont use the block to help I either fall or twist around. Any tips?

Well if your arms aren’t strong enough then do push-ups to promote my arm strength, and practice getting used to being in a bridge also pushing off your legs.

Also when you do a bridge in back walkovers, push your hips forward, just like doing a back bend and in the middle of it, make a huge split and all the way over backwards.
