Will stress cause late periods?!?! PLZ ANSWER?
well i am 15-16 year old girl. my period is every 28 days but this month it has been late for 7 days 
and because next week we have our end of year school exams i have a bit of stress so could that be the cause?!
and what can i do, so i can have less stress? its has been late and now i have 2 stresses same timw :(
