If the mother is found guilty how long will she go to jail and can she get the death penalty I hope she gets the death penalty this is so horrific!
She is the scum of the Earth and needs to get the death penalty which then should be carried out quickly. And to think that she is pregnant again makes me gag.

I am the father of a 5 year old little girl and I can tell you that woman is not deserving of any kinds of liberties or rights for what she did. But because of our broken system, she will get them anyway. I want to see her die as well.

I hope so too and I’m glad they have the death penalty in North Carolina. She killed her little girl just as if she had shot or stabbed her to death.

If she did this she will never see the light of day again. Normally I am not really for the death penalty, but omg, this story made me physically sick, knowing a mother would set her baby up for a fate like this! How could she??

U know how this system is, its really weird. There are people who kill ALOT of people and only get like 20 years, then there are some that kill 1 person and get life in prison or death penalty. I really hope justice is served…For anyone that would allow that to happen…its ridiculous. If she just goes to jail, she gonna suffer cuz she WILL get beat up for what she did

she’s facing 30 years right now with out murder charges, 1st degree murder in the state of North carolina can bring the death penalty. in our state its lethal injection.
